Our training isn't random. We use progressive, evidence-based programming that builds systematically toward your goals. Every block builds on the last. You'll always know where you are and where you're going.

What does coach led mean?

A coach-led session means your workout is planned in advance and delivered with purpose. Your coach explains and demonstrates each movement, corrects your technique, and adjusts exercises to suit your individual level. Coaches manage the timing, intensity, and overall structure of the session while keeping you accountable, motivated, and progressing every step of the way.

Can you help me prepare for my fitness competition?

Yes definitely, we can provide programs and nutrition advice to help you get competition ready.

Do you have shower and changing facilities?

Yes we have two showers with changing facilities as well as two toilets.

How many people in a class?

For all our classes we have a maximum of 12, this allows the coaching to stay at a high standard, for good atmosphere in the room and members to receive the coaching value needed.

Do you have drinking water available?

Yes there is water available but please bring your own bottle.

What kind of training do you focus on?

Our three pillars of training are strength, endurance and skills. All three are programmed to help you progress.

When should I arrive for sessions?

Please arrive 5 minutes before sessions. The class starts at the time provided where the KPI’s will be delivered and movements will be coached.
